TB occasionally refuse to login to mail accounts

Om Macos 12.7.3. Monterey using Thunderbird 115.7.0 (64-bit).

The past months, TB randomly won't login to email accounts. Asking for passwords. Been using both TB and same mail accounts for 10-15 years. Never any problems. But now, TB requires password on a regular basis. But when I insert the actual password, TB claims it's wrong. Which is isn't.
