I have my Settings-Autoplay set to block audio and video. The above 2 entries have somehow been added recently. I remove them and hit save, but when I open the setting again, they are still there.

I have searched online and Firefox and have not found anything about them. Are they a problem?

This is a known issue.

Those permissions are there for all users. I believe they exist to ensure that the initial welcome screen shown upon first installing and starting Firefox displays correctly. There's nothing malicious about those permissions; so they're safe to ignore.
