Firefox seems to be blocking some element required for logging in to Dropbox. Any attempt to log in to Dropbox results in this message:

Your browser appears to be blocking dropboxcaptcha.com, which is required for authentication. To resolve this issue, please update any anti-virus or ad-blocking software settings to allow connections to dropboxcaptcha.com.

I have found the issue referenced [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/que.../1146181|once]before on this forum, and that solution does not resolve the matter: restarting Firefox in safe mode has absolutely no effect on this, and the problem manifests identically in whether safe-mode or not.

Details:

I am on Linux 64-bit, running Ubuntu 20.04, with Firefox provided by that distro's repo.

Are you using email and password, Google or Apple to log into DB?

I've logged in several times using my google account and email/password with no issue. Have you tried Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf Can you post a full browser screenshot showing the issue? Sounds like you're blocking something. Also, try downloading another copy of Firefox, run it from the folder and see if you have the same issue. https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release
