Update Deleted all my Saved Settings

Hi...sadly the last update deleted all of saved logins and passwords. That's a whole lot of information I can't remember or ever regain now. I don't know what to do. I'm really upset. I haven't looked yet to see what else is gone, but I imagine maybe all of my bookmarks and then all of my Firefox settings reset now.
