Hi,

Over the last couple of weeks my bookmarks have been inverted several times (top bms become the lowest etc) and my homepage settings for basically a blank page, no lists or whatever, have reset to show all links, schemes etc.

Is this intentional or do I have a "visitor" messing with my head?

Having my homepage go back to default is bad enough, but to have my most frequently used bookmarks at the bottom of a scrollable list is a real pain. Muscle memory takes a while to train.

Any advice, greatly appreciated. Chris

After the last update, your browser is lagging on youtube web, every time I press a button, it takes 5 seconds for the button to respond. Will Firefox bring fix solution for this ?

I'm unable to recover my email account due to I've forgotten my password now I'm to get a code so I can recover my email but I can't on my email I've inserted the same email I'm using on recover instead of different email account so code I'm trying get so I can open email account is sent on same account I'm trying to recover open since I've forgotten the account as for a cell phone number I've two on my Gmail account am trying to recover one that I used to create the Gmail account and the other used for recover the Gmail account but still am unable to recover my Gmail account with my recover cell phone as the the code is still sent to the Gmail I am trying to open recover please help me what should I do in this kind of situation I really need to open my Gmail account as my life depends on it most of my files are on it am now using a new cellphone as I lost the other one

I notice that firefox android 136.1 is consumed more battery than the other famous browser like edge, chome, brave in Android 14. I request developer to make firefox android battery efficient. Thank you..!!

Android 14. s22. All versions of Firefox. Anytime I click a input box to amend it or add a word to the end of it, hitting the space bar deletes the last word.

At first I thought it must be Gboard, but Gboard does NOT do this in Chrome or Brave. only FF. I also uninstalled Gboard and reinstalled it. Samsung Keyboard does not do this. It is specific to gboard within Firefox and I suspect it's Firefox triggering the glitch even though it only happens on gboard. Because it does not happen on Chrome. Only Gboard+Firefox.

I just want to restore the old functionality of being able to edit addresses in the URL bar but every time I click on it now it opens new tab and I hate it so I try to go to about:config only to discover it's been removed and I can no longer adjust anything to my liking.

Why is Mozilla intent on making this such a bad browser when it used to be the best??

Slowly but surely over time more and more things that were great about this browser have been removed and more and more things are being made worse.

I just want to know why Mozilla is intent on ruining the browser?? I have no hope for you ever returning the functionality and I'm looking at other browsers so if anyone's got a recommendation for something that works as well as Mozilla Firefox used to please do let me know.

The last update has broken the functionality of the comments section on YouTube. The comment section no longer loads. Also Firefox now sucksass as you are using people's data for profit. Might as well be owned by Google at this point.

Im having an issue where i want to watch youtube on firefox with picture-in-picture mode, but the only way ive found to do it is with the "open in pop-up view" option when opening the screen with all my open apps and clicking on the firefox logo.

the issue with this is that the smallest this pop-up view box can get is still much too big compared to how videos display when using picture-in-picture view through the youtube app. and i know for a fact videos playing through a pop-up view browser tab can become the smaller youtube type of player window because ive gotten it to happen by accident 4 times now, but with no idea how to consistently get it to happen.

it seems to occasionally happen when i leave an app with the left button in some way, but like i said its never consistent about when it happens.

the 2 images attached show the pop-up tab version and the youtube picture-in-picture version. its possible to make the one into the other, but surely one of yall knows a better method than fiddling with buttons until it works.

I got a Galaxy s25u and used samsung smartswitch to transfer data from my s24u.Firefox and all it's bookmarks history and passwords have synched but my open and inactive tabs have not transfered. 2 years ago I used samsung smartswitch to transfer data from a xiaomi mi10 pro to a Galaxy s23u and firefox open and inactive tabs were transfered. Last year I got a Galaxy s24u and used samsung smartswitch to transfer data from the s23u to the s24u. Again all my inactive and open tabs I'm firefox were transferred. I can still see inactive tabs from 2 years ago that I opened on my s23u on my s24u but I cannot see those same tabs on my s25u. Also if I sync I can see the tabs in synced tabs but after an hour synched tabs is empty. I've had my Galaxy s25u for 6 weeks and I need to sell my s24u but I cannot because I do not want to loose all my tabs. This is costing me a lot of time and money. I also recently closed firefox on my pc (using a different firefox account to my android device) behind the main window was another open window which I then closed. This means that the entire 200 tab session is lost as firefox only has one restore point that overwrites immediately, "restore previous session" no longer exists and tab the tab session manager add on has not worked for 4 years. Mozilla is not my favourite company at the moment.
