Thunderbird Lost Accounts

I have been using Thunderbird for my emails for year, however this morning when I started it up on my laptop I got a pop up window asking for Mail Account Setup and none of my emails or accounts are showing.....I only have the 1 default profile and the profiles.ini file is as follows:

[General] StartWithLastProfile=1

[Profile0] Name=default IsRelative=1 Path=Profiles/51f6gwu7.default Default=1

....from what I can see my emails seem to still be there within the mail folder....please help.....I have tried to open Thunderbird from the profile manager and get the same pop up
