move email address from ver 78,7,1(32bit) to IPAD
I have Thunderbird v 78.7.1(32 bit) on my Win 10(m primary cpu ). I use my ipad as a second cpu. How do I move my TB email address to my IPAD (7 Gen) 14.4 ?

Export from Address Book with Tools/Export..., choose a format that can be imported on the iPad. Try vCard format (Save as type: in the Export dialog), and save the .vcf file, then attach it to an email that is opened on the iPad. Open the .vcf attachment and add to contacts.

If your accounts are set up as IMAP in TB, add them to whatever mail app you use on the iPad as IMAP accounts, then the mail will be synchronized between the two (or more) devices.
Not Email, but the Address Book from TB. I want to move/copy the Address Book from WIN 10 to the email on my IPAD.
