Is this really your survey?

Asked me to take a survey @ Firefox Monitor. Is this really you, Mozilla?

At or around 10:10 AM Pacific Time I was at usatoday.com or cnn.com when a page popped up on my screen asking me to take a survey for Firefox. I tried to navigate back to the previous page, but my browser wouldn't respond. I had to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete to get into Task Manager to kill Firefox, followed by a virus scan and a deep disk clean. I can't imagine Mozilla making it difficult for users to back out of a survey, so I'm wondering if the web page where it happened was infected with a browser redirect or something.
