I am sorry to hear that after trying to create a Firefox Sync account that you put in an age that is under 12. I would recommend using a different email address to create a new sync account with the correct age you would like to enter.

Did you try to close and restart Firefox and possibly clear cache and cookies for accounts.firefox.com?
