When I click to open Thunderbird, the window sometimes doesn't open at all. Other times it opens to a black AND blank screen. There is a narrow white bar at the top, but no menu. Can't go to Help menu because I'm not getting any data.

Nevermind. . I finally shut my computer down and restarted. It opened this time. Thanks anyway!
