Who decided to change tabs to white letters on black background?

Any graphic designer knows that it is a very bad decision, as white on black is hard on the eyes especially with small fonts.

How can I change all of the tabs on my screen to white background with black letters?

If this cannot be done, I'm leaving Mozilla for another service provider.

hi, firefox quantum also comes with a light theme that you can switch to when go to the firefox menu ≡ > addons > themes panel.
