All my emails (sue@eco-retreat.com) people respond to "Henry": I can only see this in the search screen list top right corner. How can I change this!
It is difficult to explain this issue as I don't know what to call the problem..."hidden identity"? We have set the identity of my email account, sue@eco-retreat.com to say, in the "from" column, "Sue - At Kw'o:kw'e:hala" but everyone keeps responding to "Henry". When I search for an email and it comes up as a list, in the top right corner of that list of individual emails it says "Henry" . This is the only place I can find where it says "Henry". My husband is our family "techie" and he has tried everything he can think of to see where this has been set. Can you help us please? Peace, Sue

I would first check the outgoing smtp server settings as it sounds like you are sending out using a server for a different address.
Check smtp server details. Right click on mail account name in folder pane and select 'Settings' Bottom of left pane - select 'Outgoing Server (SMTP)' You should have outgoing servers listed - one for each mail account.
Select each in turn and check 'User Name'. You are looking for the one that uses the eco-retreat email address. click on 'Edit' for 'Description' type something to help identify it' eg: Eco-retreat click on OK
now check that eco-retreat mail account is actually using that smtp server. select website mail account in left pane confirm: Account Name = mail account email address sue at eco etc Reply-to Address - usually left blank Bottom right will say 'Outgoing Server (SMTP) and select the one which says 'Eco-retreat'. click on OK
See images below as guide: note : I described one as Yahoo Mark
Confirm you are using correct and separate outgoing server(SMTP) for each of your accounts.
