[Version 45.0] After Update the message pane stays _empty_

Problem: After Update to Thunderbird 45 (on Win7 Pro 64) the message pane stays _empty_. Just have a look at my screenshot. ;-(

Edit: List of my addons; - Add-on Compatibility Reporter - Enigmail - Mnenhy - Folderpane Tools (deactivated) - Ligthning (deactivated) = System @all up-to-date
