How can I allow pop ups for one specific website?

I'm not sure if the iPhone version allows this - I don't want to allow it for other sites. Also I'm not sure how to access the menu - I did it once but can't remember how.

I am not sure about allowing pop up from one specific site, but to access menu(settings):

  • Tap numbered new tab icon (yellow circle in image)
  • Tap the "Gear" icon in top left corner
