Flash Player (even with 20 Beta) Crashes on every website that uses it

I use Windows 10. Regardless of which website I go to flash player crashes. After it forces me to close it twice I then receive a message asking if I want to shockwave player to continue. This even happens when no video is loaded, such as when I visit Youtube's front page. I went with the advice on Adobe's website to update to the latest beta version (20.0 d0). Still happens. This seems to be a Firefox (currently 39) issue as this problem does not occur with IE, Edge or Chrome. I do not have flash blockers enabled. Perhaps something is interfering but the reports I've seen mention clean installs of Firefox and even using Safe Startup. Thanks for any help. :)

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

This is not a cure, but should let the web page load without crashing.

Flash block {web link} Never be annoyed by a Flash animation again! Blocks Flash so it won't get in your way, but if you want to see it, just click on it

Hope this is what you needed. bp-cf2fb1f9-fc08-4a88-b01a-ba6db2151121 11/21/2015 10:12 AM bp-329feede-b9be-45e6-9fb8-fdd652151121 11/21/2015 10:11 AM bp-1ffd625f-7de0-4382-b253-7fafc2151121 11/21/2015 10:11 AM bp-b919f358-c09d-4faf-a823-f32e72151121 11/21/2015 10:11 AM bp-d57a22c5-f85e-449c-98e4-b78712151121 11/21/2015 10:11 AM bp-2a624e53-8f5c-47a7-98e7-78eee2151121 11/21/2015 10:10 AM bp-911647f7-ff4f-4b2c-9261-abe942151121 11/21/2015 10:09 AM bp-62a30acf-110f-4108-a09c-0b35d2151121 11/21/2015 10:07 AM bp-bd9dd1ef-7e70-4117-ad28-9710f2151121 11/20/2015 9:06 PM bp-b45d8884-4b2b-493c-b049-d587e2151121

If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:

  • see if there are updates for your graphics drive drivers

https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration

  • disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)

https://forums.adobe.com/message/4468493#TemporaryWorkaround

  • disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

https://forums.adobe.com/thread/891337 See also:

I do not find any option to disable Flash hardware acceleration. protected mode is not enabled, I did have to disable Shockwave player's protected mode and I do have the latest Nviida driver for my GXT 970.

However, after I disabled protected mode for Shockwave I haven't seen any crashes in the last hour. Wish me luck and thank you for you all your help. :)
