After last update I got this message , translated from Swedish to English: "Your Firefoxprofile can´t be used. It may be lost or impossible to reach"

I have uninstalled Firefox by putting it in the dustbin and then reinstalled a new downloaded copy, but with the same result and message.

What to do?
