Pages do not print properly from Firefox

When I try to print from Firefox, pages print extremely small. I've read several support articles that talk about changing the margins from Page Setup, but I cannot FIND Page Setup. Unless I am completely oblivious, the new Firefox update did away with the Firefox button at the top left of the screen, which is where people where accessing the Page Setup button from. Printing pages from IE works just fine.

Hit the Alt button or F10 to show the Menu Bar, then hit File > Print Preview

What is the Scale set for? 100% or Shrink to Fit is usually best.
