I have an exvel spreadsheet I want to send to an email address.. I says I can not send because I don't have outlook...Is there a way to send this to an email thru firefox instead of microsoft.

Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
