URL drop down and other drop down not working.. i dont have this issue when using internet explorer. thanks

I can't click the drop down url box to see the top websites I've been going to. As soon as I click the down arrow to see the drop menu of sites it pops up and then off.... In fact drop down menus on other websites also will not come up like when I tried to select a size, it just opens and closes right away. This does not happen to internet explorer. thanks

So it's the MOUSE. I plugged in a new mouse and it solved the problem
