The contribution system on the Mozilla add-ons site uses Paypal. With the add-on page on display click the blue Contribute button, then in the box that pops up specify how much you want to contribute and click on the blue Make Contribution button. You will then be taken to a page to log into your Paypal account to make the contribution.
