You can first export your bookmarks from the old computer. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/export-firefox-bookmarks-to-backup-or-transfer

And then import the exported html file to your new Firefox in your new computer. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/restore-bookmarks-from-backup-or-move-them
