Under settings -> passwords and autofill -> manage payment methods, my saved payment methods are gone, and it refuses to save new ones.

The summary says it all. Some time in the pas few days, my saved payment methods disappeared. If I try to use Add new payment method, enter my information and then save, the same things happens. It just disappears as if I hadn't done anything. Any suggestions on why it's suddenly refusing to remember my payment info?

They are not vanishing and the new ones are getting saved, just the management screen currently fails if there was an old record somewhere that can't be loaded (and nothing ends up shown as a result).

There's currently a bug tracking the invalid entries:

There are some workarounds in previous thread https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1588553 if it's pressing, but a fix should ship hopefully within a few weeks.
