I have signed yesterday Mzilla VPN for a Year, but I have made a mistake. There was a publication in a very famous web site, that the VPN is for Win7 Win8 Win10......so when I made the contract, i less noticed the Button download Win10 and thought...Ok, if I am there there will be the choice for getting the Win7 version. Meanwhile I found that there IS REALLY no Win7 Version for VPN, and it is not possible to install it on a Win7 system. So in first step I have resigned the contract, but to call back the already payed amount I have to go to the VPN-Software and there you will find a form to recall the already payed amount. But it is not possible to install it on my system...so I can not get back the already payed amount of money. I have not found a page to download this form manually. So, please is there anybody who cann tell me how to get there to call back the money without having installed the VPN-Software? Thanks for Your help
