Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration in Firefox. Since this feature was added to Firefox it has gradually improved but there are still a few glitches.

None of this works. Deleted cache and cookies, disabled HW acceleration.

The new Firefox has essentially bricked eBay. I can't even see my purchase history anymore

Remove History For One Site {web link}

Open the History Manager <Control> (Mac=<Command>) <Shift> H. In the search bar, enter the name of the site. Right-click on one of the listings and select Forget About This Site. This should remove all information, including any site settings

Weirdly, this actually made it even worse. Now I can't even get to the sign in page. If I click sign in it takes me to the eBay homepage.

This seems like more trouble than it's worth. I think it will be quicker to just switch to Chrome

Firefox shows a purple shield instead of a gray shield at the left end of the location/address bar in case Enhanced Tracking Protection is blocking content. You can click shield icon for more detail and possibly disable the protection. You can check the Web Console for messages about blocked content.
