Everything keeps scrolling to the right, but I'm not doing anything to cause a scroll function
In most text pieces (Especially the URL bar) the text automatically scrolls to the right as I hover over it. This also occurs in any screen that has a side scrolling bar (Spread sheets is a good example) The screen doesn't scroll up or down when I don't want it to, but the scrolling always goes left to right without any action on my end

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
- Do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
