Firefox AND Thunderbird crashes

Start apps and either pages do not load or email does not download pop or imap. Closing both apps provide and error report.

Please note that when I was reviewing these errors on Friday, I noticed a reference to Cisco VPN. I uninstalled/reinstalled firefox and Thunderbird without luck. I thn uninstalled the Cisco VPN client app and both your apps started working. Now today, the apps started failing in the same manner and I have not installed any new apps over the weekend.

What is your computer system and Firefox?


Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?

While still in Safe Mode,

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe Mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) to see if that helps.
