I have a inbox tab but no delete file tab. I also have 3 columns I do not remember seeing before. Left side column I can not tell what it is but the center is a star and the right column is an attachment file sign.

sorry didn't read it right. You might have to right click on your account and subscribe to trash /deleted or whatever your mailserver calls it.

Mouse over column would give you the answer what it is. (Display message threads)
