I went to HELP on mozilla and it says to delete or rename file. This action will not complete as i have the requested.

Hi sonnywill2, Please take care. Note deleting Firefox profiles is not usually recommended, there are other methods that are often better for troubleshooting. Such as the Reset or Refresh.

Deleting a profile will cause loss of data including any bookmarks and passwords.
