how do i change language

Everything under the firefox menu is in spanish, such as "marcadores, historial and descargas" and I don't know how to change it back to english. I've tried to change the language under options, but I've chosen english for the language but it still is in spanish.

Solution choisie

run a clean install of english version of Firefox by downloading from here and try
