Unable to setup the 2nd factor authentication, I have tried multiple authenticatiors always the same result. "Incorrect two step authentication code"

I have tried with Microsoft auth, Google, and Authy - Same result each time...

Make sure to use a trusted internet based time service and verify that the time and timezone are correct on the mobile device with the authenticator app as the TOTP code is only valid for thirty seconds.

Tried using the manual code and it worked.
