SOUND IN VIDEO CONFERENCING

when taking part in a VA video conference, I could get pictures but no sound. (other browsers - edge & chrome- gave me only sound and pictures). I get sound from videos, You Tube, Netflix, etc., but nothing when on the VA video conferencing site. I am using Windows 10 on an HP desktop computer. I even turned off my virus protection to make sure it was not interfering (suggested by VA video conferencing help contact) but that did not help either. Since VA is going to a lot of video conferencing this is creating a real problem. (Checking the settings for the webcam (Logi pro scan) all showed that it was functioning properly. Sound comes in on all other sites using Fire Fox.
