New tab is not opened after selecting from the menu

I right-click on a random link, button, image etc. but nothing is happened when I select "Open Link In New Tab", "Open Link In New Window" or "Open Link In Private Window". It works only if I use combination "Ctrl + left-click". Has anyone faced the same problem and know how it fix it?

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
