How to change the date and time format in `Added`column in Bookmarks

As you can see at the attachment; in my Bookmarks, date format is M/D/Y and the time is H:M AM/PM I would like to change it to a format Y/M/D and H:M in 24 hours format

How can i do this? (The most important thing for me is to change the date format)

This is a common question. But i havent found any solution to it. I think for the most part, time formatting must be standardized because the entire internet world has to be in sync.

Perhaps, there might be an add-in or extension or a theme that will provide military time for FireFox. But i wouldnt add more processing working for the cpu and memory.
