New Tab
I wish to open new tabs as my home page, not as Firefox "new tab" page. I do not want a blank page either. Is there a way to do this. I thought there used be, to but I may be wrong. I am on Windows 10.

Type about:config<enter> in the address bar. If a warning screen comes up, press the I Accept the Risk button. At the top of the screen is a search bar. Type browser.startup.homepage
What is the value? Right-click and select Reset to restore its default value; about:home
Type about:addons<enter> in the address bar to open your Add-ons Manager. Hot key; (<Control> [Mac=<Command>] <Shift> A)
In the Add-ons Manager, on the left, select Extensions. Remove “ Bing “ Anything.
Also remove SafeSearch, SearchAssist Incognito, FileConverter Addon, SearchLock, DiscreteSearch, WebSearch, Findwide Search Engine, securedsearch
Now do the same in the computer’s Programs Folder.
Windows: Start > Control Panel > Uninstall Programs. Mac: Open the Applications folder. Linux: Check your user manual.
Thank you, but that did not help. Firefox opens in my home page but new tabs don't.
Thank you but startup is ok - it goes to my homepage. It is new tab that I would likre to open as home page (as well)
See if one of these links helps.
