I lost access to my Firefox Account, and need to create a new account, but it won't let me use my email. Is there some way to get my old account deleted or unlinked from my email so that I can use Firefox?

If you still have control of the email address used for your existing Firefox Account, then usually you can reset the password to regain control. This will delete previously stored data.
