Other browsers can be modified and displayed immediately using ctrl + a, which intermittently leaves the default characters behind in the background.

ex) other browsers : typy "abc" and ctrl+a retype "def" -> def

I haven't had a problem like that (Win 7).

Type something. Then <cntrl> A and Stop ! Is the text still highlighted?

Now press a key.

if i edit full-sentence, im not use backspace. just use ctrlA, highlighted and re-type. then sometimes, some word remains.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
  • do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window

im not use extensions. I think it happens if the input speed is very fast, do you know anything about it?

Please check in WIn 10 Settings under Devices then Typing that things are setup the way you want them to be.

Also please type in Search Control Panel and then find Keyboard and you can reduce the speed there.

If above fails try : uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 58.0.2 with a Full Version Installer
