Why is auto-fill not working?
Hi, my auto-fill used to work and now it doesn't. It's working for my co-worker who goes to the same website to fill out the on-line form. She has the same FF version. It's only the form fields that are affected, address bar and history is fine. My privacy settings in FF are fine but not sure why it still doesn't work.

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in permanent Private Browsing mode (Never remember history).
- Tools > Options > Privacy > Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history"
- Deselect: [ ] "Always use Private Browsing mode"
I assume that you have checked the settings?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
- Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
