When using Norton's 'Vault' to sign in to a website, why do I have to 'close/open' Firefox to auto sign in to another website?

After visiting AOL.co.UK to read my emails & signing out, I then 'click' on the 'Open Vault' on the tool bar but the drop down list of sin ins does not open. I have to close Firefox & then re-open to be able to see the list of log-ins again. This also happens after visiting Facebook.

I think you may need to email the developer about this. http://community.norton.com/t5/Norton.../2 Make sure it is up to date first, then it looks like this discussion is on as well.
