Still having issues with Thunderbird on my Windows 11 laptop. I tried reinstalling the program but still locks up. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated Thanks Dave

I've been using Mozilla browsers since Mosaic, when I built netsys.com, delta.net, inetexpress.com and Damocles.com.

I'm trying to login to many sites which send a text message to my phone... But 80% of the time, my Firefox web browser refreshes.

I'm using android 13, 1/1/26 release on a moto G play with all background operations disabled, battery saver on...

Even if I allow Firefox to operate in the background... It doesn't matter.

Firefox for android keeps crashing period open it up and in a few seconds it'll crash and it just keeps doing this period

Also comma when I sync it with my computer, it syncs everything but the bookmarks

Topic: My ignorance! Working side by side with my bank account 1/2 size, and 2 columns of my inbox screen 1/2 size worked great! A job well done! Re-sizing TB screen back to normal size caused a large blank screen, headed "Inbox", with only a couple of blank columns, no folders, no Sent, no Trash, and it is unresponsive. I went out and back in and it is the same. I didn't do anything unusual. This is a fairly routine action. Please can you help?

Beyond My Experience. As I Bring up Firefox Upper Right Flag Yo Update Firefox. IF I DISMISS, TROUBLE STARTS. FOR NO REASON ACCUWEATHR APPEARS. IF I X Firefox Shuts Down. Instead to Remain Online, I have to Use a Bookmark and Continue. Not in My Bookmarks, How Can I Stop That Annoyance Pop Up. Thanks, Joe

everytime i use google slides, it lags to the point i can't exit the tab or close it, i either have to force my pc to restart or wait for it for crash. and this only happens on slides, every other site is fine. i thought it could have been me having multiple tabs open but I've tried with only one tab open and slides still crashes firefox. and with multiple tabs, it's only slides causing problems.

My Firefox browser is crashing automatically on my Android device. Whenever I try to open the browser or load a website, it closes suddenly without any error message. I have already updated the app, but the issue is still not solved. Please help me fix this. Thank you.

When I try to add a new Mail Account, the "Looking up configuration" step hangs indefinitely. I have to force a hard exit to reopen the app. I was able to add my hotmail account without issue, but now that I'm trying to add @yahoo.co.uk , it just freezes up. Thx

Windows 10, newest Thunderbird.

My tabs crash all the time. Sometimes it'll go a while without crashing, other times it's literally every two seconds. Particularly if I'm doing anything that doesn't autosave. Thanks. Sometimes it's just whatever tab I'm on (or occasionally I'll click on one I've had open in the background only to discover it crashed at some point, other times (and not infrequently!) it crashes the entire browser. Sometimes when it does that, it also logs me out of everything for no particular reason as a little sadistic cherry on top. The passwords are still saved I'm just logged out of EVERYTHING. A few times, it seemed to have made my bookmarks go away, but force-stopping it and re-entering made them reappear, so they weren't deleted. I don't know what's going on but I'm at my wit's end. The crash reports mostly just say EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION_WRITE (I haven't checked every single one individually since there's too many, but the ones I've clicked on all say that as far as I recall). If this keeps up I'm going to have to switch browsers or something because I'm actually losing it.

Firefox frequently and continuously force-closes the entire program on me, multiple times a day. I have tried updating my computer, checking for Firefox updates, and any extension updates that could be affecting this. HOW DO YOU MAKE THIS STOP?

I was using TB like normally on windows 11 when it crashed. Now every time i try to open the app it prompts me to send in a crash report, but every time i press "restart thunderbird" a new window with crash report shows up. I have tried writing a comment, checking and unchecking all the boxes and pressing quit thunderbird. But i still get sent into the loop.

Hello, Whenever I open Firefox, it crashes repeatedly. This has been going on for at least a couple of weeks, whether it's right when I open it or hours later when I'm in the middle of something. I've disabled extensions, ran it in troubleshoot, and done the steps advised to no avail. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this has rendered Firefox unusable. Attached is a screenshot of the digits of the crash reports, as well as the link for the one from today.

Thunderbird is very glitchy and slow after the latest update - Thunderbird 140.11.1esr (20260522210329)

Especially, when I get a new email, Thunderbird stops responding for 5-10 seconds and then starts working.
