After a recent update my bookmarks toolbar appears blank. It is shown, but empty. When I go to the bookmarks menu I find all of the bookmarks shown as being on my bookmarks toolbar. How do I get them back where they belong?

I had multiple tab groups which I had chosen to save and close. These tab groups have now completely disappeared and I cannot find them. When I began using Tab Groups, I had checked and there was no information stating that unopened tab groups would be deleted. I want these groups back. If I had known Tab Groups would disappear, I would have saved my tabs into a folder. The only Tab Groups that show up now are under "Recent tab groups". If tab groups are going to be deleted after a set period of time, it should be stated clearly in the tab group settings. It would also be really useful to archive them into a bookmarked folder so people don't unexpectedly lose hours of research.

Privacy Policy from TD Bank (https://easyweb.td.com) appears at the bottom of every page change, no matter if "Accept All" has be selected. Moving from one account to another causes this pop up to appear. This does not happen with Chrome. With Chrome, one "accept all" has been chosen, the pop up no longer appears

If I turn off Enhanced Tracking Protection the problem seems to stop.

Whenever I turn the free 50GN Firefox VPN on, regardless of the set VPN location, my connection immediately cuts. I've tried refreshing Firefox, raising and lowering my security and DNS over HTTPs settings, clearing DNS cache, and updating Firefox, but none of these attempts fixed it. I can tell its the VPN since everything will load again after I turn it off.

When I had my DNS over HTTPs set to default, it used to say I was connected to cloudflare, but after trying the VPN with it set to off or custom, it now says "DNS over HTTPs is off" when set to default. When I turned on the VPN while the default setting was on, it gave me an error message regarding cloudflare that I can't remember or recreate now that the "DNS over HTTPs is off" at all times. It will only say I'm using cloudflare on the custom setting.

I had a similar issue to this issue a couple months ago, but I resolved it by putting my security settings to default. This time, it seems to be a bit more complex than that.

For the last few days after an hour (or so) of use, browser windows try to load but don't finish. I checked the Mac activity monitor and see that FirefoxCP webextensions is hogging memory--8GB! MacOS 26.6.2, Firefox for mac 154.0.1. Did the same thing for MacOS26.5.2. Is AI doing in performance? How can I find what to turn off?

I recently opened Firefox and noticed that all my data (bookmarks, saved passwords, and history) is completely gone. I didn't make any changes or delete anything myself.

This happened when I dl latest version of FF. Short Instagram videos presented as part of a story on yahoo.com website are not loading. I do not have Enhanced Tracking and never had this problem until installed newest version

Every time I close Firefox, I lose cookies for banking, financial and news access requiring me to go through a lot of effort. re-establishing cookies with painful waste of time, I am hoping a change to the config files will override user settings that delete everything when firefox closes.

Failing that, can you designate which cookies are permanent anywhere in your application?

Whenever I try to play any video, it plays for a milisecond and then stops. Once I click to start again, same thing happens, I cannot watch videos like this.

I tried clearing cache, disabling extensions, disabling DNS resolver and the hardware thingy, also checking for Firefox updates, but nothing seems to help. I switched to firefox to escape ai, but I cannot get work done properly here, please help and suggest what more I can try to fix it.

I had an active Pocket account linked via my Mozilla Account prior to Pocket's service shutdown. Unfortunately, I was unable to export my saved links and reading list during the automated export window.

Since the original export tool at getpocket.com/export is no longer active, could someone from the support team or staff advise:

Is there still an internal procedure, backup archive, or privacy compliance form available to retrieve an export (CSV/HTML) of saved items?

What is the correct official support or contact channel for account data retrieval inquiries now that direct email addresses are unreachable?

I can provide my registered email and account details privately upon request by an official moderator or support staff member.

When I start Firefox, open the application menu, and select Bookmarks, about 50 Bookmarks are displayed under "Recent bookmarks". Many of the bookmarks are not recent. Some are months old and several might be years old.

I've used Firefox for years and only noticed this because I'm trying to help a friend who is having trouble with and old Windows 10 laptop. I installed Firefox 1560.1 (64bit) and added a lot of folders and bookmarks using "Manage bookmarks" or Ctrl-Shift-o. It currently only has 42 bookmarks displayed under "Recent Bookmarks" because I started Rt-clicking and deleting them before I figured that this deletes the bookmark that I had added to a folder in addition to removing it from the Recent bookmark list.

I feel this feature (Recent Bookmarks) totally negates the privacy and security that the Clear Browsing data and Never remember history options USED to give me.
