Thunderbird isn't responding when I click on a message. The subject line doesn't unbold and the message doesn't show in the message window right now.

Is this after a restart of Thunderbird and Windows [Restart]
I used C Cleaner and restarted . After a little bit, I get a pop up window in the bottom right corner saying Connection to mobile charter net timed out. I don't use a VPN
