Disable Search in Address Bar on Androi

I have been able to block all search in the address bar on Firefox for Windows but cannot find a setting to do the same in Android.

It is an ADDRESS BAR after all and a HUGE security risk to find search in the same area

Hi

These are the option you can change to disable a level of the search functionality in Firefox for Android:

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/manage-my-default-search-engines-firefox-android#w_edit-search-settings

Even with these all turned off the search bar will still allow you to search the web using the search engine that you have set.

So safety and security mean NOTHING on Windows I can totally disable search from the address bar which make it secure - Will have to SERIOUSLY consider ditching Android
