I was just trying foolow simple instructions but my app or phone. Won’t let me read or scan codes to log in or it won’t let me click on anything in a site I can only paste it and look it up

Using Firefox on our Mac and Iphones. For some reason, when I go to view the bookmark list, it is duplicated.

The main list is as expected, A,B,C, etc. At the bottom of the list it starts again with the same folders and bookmarks. This shows up on both devices. If I delete one folder, it deletes both folders from all lists and devices.

Not sure how to fix this

Need help please to fix this problem: Firefox does not open QR codes on my iPhone. On my phone, the toggle for Scan QR codes is turned on. I open the camera on my phone, point it to a QR code on my laptop screen, Firefox on my phone opens in a new screen -- but nothing happens. What is missing? Thanks for helping me.

Anyone know what is happening? In the past month or so trying to view websites on iPhone, even on Firefox has become impossible.

The number and size of ads has metastasized to the point they block out all content. Is this a new trend? Is it my settings?

Who is responsible for this shift — the website ad settings or the browsers? Is it Google further breaking the internet?

For the neurodiverse, it’s an accessibility issue as well as a dystopian nightmare.

Please tell me there’s a way to fight this apart from permanent reader mode. This has vastly reduced our use of the internet. Each site feels like a trap and a scam.

The ads cause anxiety as well as irritation and general thwartedness as I cannot reach the content! What are these people/bots thinking?

Help please! My wife just showed me that I have a saved password for Mozilla Firefox, but I have no idea why. So, I downloaded Firefox from the iOS App Store and was able to identify which email I had used, then used the saved password and I was able to get logged in, but I don’t seem to be able to see a record of anything that I might’ve used Firefox for.

Like, what was my purpose behind creating an account?

Is there any record of my activity’s while using Mozilla? Did I save anything while using Firefox?

My Firefox for iPhone 17 located in ICloud is corrupted. I would like to delete that file from consideration and to reinstall a replacement version. How would I do that?

I have a very long list of bookmarks under a single heading. moving bookmarks up and down in this single heading is very frustrating. is there a way to download the entire collection of bookmarks contained in this heading, resort them in excel or work, and then reupload them back into the Firefox heading?
