So each time this pos browser updates I have to comb through ALL of the setting to see what their stupid brains though was a good idea to change for me? What kind of dirty underhanded BS is this? Mozilla is going to CHANGE my settings, NOT only to AUTO FREAKING OPEN like no one will notice this, now I have to spend time seeing if someone hacked my system. Well turns out, it was permission given I am sure through BS EULA. How is this not against the law?

As a public librarian, when I do a monthly update for the public computers I also update Firefox. Every time I do a Firefox update, I have to at minimum open Firefox twice, once to get the "here's a bunch of advertising for a thing you already use!" Out of the way, and then at least another time so I can make sure there isn't another ad page, so I can clear the history. Doing this every time I update Firefox is just a small pain point, but I don't enjoy having to do it a dozen times when I update our computers each month, and this month I had to do it three times because of the number of advertisements.

Hey there, I've installed Firefox and let it create the shortcut in the start menu, which results in a shortcut under `C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs` (as expected), but every time I update Firefox via the "Menu > Help and Report > About Firefox" dialog, it creates a shortcut under the current users Roaming folder `C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs`. Deleting the file will only work until the next update. Does anyone know a way to stop that behaviour?
