my firefox open broke and I have a second one that I put my sims card and micro sd card in but my contacts are gone? how can I get anything off my old phone or is there a backup online? I mean why do I have a sims card if my contacts aren't on there?

Hi RenegadeOfFunk,

Thank you for your question. At this time there is a plan to address this with Firefox Accounts in version 1.4, however if the computer can recognize the old device its possible to back up the profile of the old device.

If you can access the old device you can backup the profile on the device with adb here: Backing up the Profile
