Java do not display a menu that will activate Java on Java based logins. I have uninstalled all Jave exept on Firefox where there is no option to uninstall Java only to "Ask to activate" and "Never activate". So now I can't pay my bills because i can't login to my bank. I can't login to official sites to submit tax papers etc. etc. how can i activate Java?? Do I need to switch to Opera or IE??

hello atlej, due to its poor security record the java plugin will be blocked per default in firefox. please refer to How to allow Java on trusted sites, if you need to enable it on a case-per-case basis. thank you!

I do not get that menu at all, so I can't "Click to activate Java".

If the menu came up there would not be any problem.......

As u can see on the attached image... no meny to activate Java.

So is there another way that I can activate Java...

is there an icon on the left of the address bar, from where you can enable the plugin? otherwise you can right-click a page, go to view page info > permissions and enable java there.

if it still doesn't work you also might be using an extension like noscript that may be blocking such content...

yes, there is a icon in the address bar.

That worked.
