When downloading files, Firefox insists on downloading to my download folder, instead of giving me the choice.

Go to TOOLS then OPTIONS window then GENERAL panel then DOWNLOADS session and unckeck Save files to and check Always ask me where to save files, then click OK to save it, exit firefox and restart it.
