Why am I unable to access options above the top inch of any web page.

I am unable to access any "Button" from any web page I am on in the top "inch" of the page. That is the part just below the tool bar. This started within the last week. I can't be more specific than that. That is when I noticed it. It happens on all sites I visit.

Chosen Solution

Recently both the Yahoo! Toolbar extension and the Babylon extension have been reported to cause an issue like that. Disable or uninstall those add-ons.
