disable F5 refresh warning

I would like to disable the refresh warning i get when using F5. I tried to find it in options and could not. please advise me how to disable this feature. Thanks

If you mean a message about resending (POST) data then that warning can't be suppressed. So you will have to accept that or try to avoid reloading such a page.
