This message you see may just be wanting your approval. For example, for a Gmail account, there is a popup from Google and the user must click the ALLOW button to proceed. That may be similar to what you are seeing. If you post a screenshot, someone here may be able to confirm or advise.

A few decades ago, I may have been able to read the message, but my student days studying Russian are behind me. :) However, it "looks like' it is a request for your approval. I regret that I cannot be of more assistance to you.
